CONCRETE CUTTERS/DRILLERS
We are seeking more valuable recruits to join our team to help us cover some of Auckland's biggest and prestigious high profile projects as well as undertaking residential work across the region/nation.
Are you a hard worker and want to join our friendly and growing team? Our HQ is based in Auckland. We have specialists in Cutting, Drilling, Demolition and Project Management who help us strive to be the best concrete cutting specialists.
- Prefferred requirements but not essential:
- Desirable but not essential as we are willing to train the right person Wire Sawing, Wall/Track Sawing, Concrete Grinding
- Preferred previous experience in a similar role, especially operating hand saws (and core drilling equipment).
- Preferred Health & Safety mindset.
- A great, hardworking ethic
- Good timemanagement skills
- Ability to work both in a team and solo if required
- The ability to work under pressure
- Be able to pass a D&A test
- Class 1 Drivers licence minimum
About the role:
About you
- Operating hand saw, road saw and core drilling equipment
- Repairing and maintaining equipment
- Documenting and recording information
- Performing administrative activities using specific software
- General/daily concrete cutting/ drilling, including (but not limited to).
- Core drilling, Handheld sawing, Ring sawing, Floor/Road sawing & Expansion Cutting.
- Reliable, honest & hardworking.
- Must be able to follow instructions, work independently & problem solve onsite.
- Must understand & adhere to all Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Must have a current NZ driver licence, current Site Safe ticket preferred, must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required on a reasonable basis.
- Must be a NZ or Australian citizen or have full working rights to work within NZ.
